A sweet little book. An easy read. ( )

I was disappointed in the way this book ended. Instead of ending with the story resolved, it abruptly flipped back to present time at a time of acute crisis in the timeslip episode and that was it. That's not the way to do it in this genre. Extra star for well-handled and realistic tone throughout the middle section of the book. ( )
