Very easy story about building a playground for a girl in a wheelchair so she’s able to play also. ( ) This is a sweet book. The children at the playground see that Dana can't play because she's in a wheelchair, so they, along with their parents, think of what they can do to help Dana be able to play at the playground like they do. They meet up daily until they come up with an idea, and then they make modifications to the playground equipment so it's wheelchair friendly. The kids were acting in a thoughtful, considerate and empathetic way and I think it's a great message to children. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

This story aims to shed light, on the discrimination against disabled children in the playgrounds. This is a story about a socially caring, a true friendship and willingness to contribute to the other. This is a story about thinking, about persistence and about originality. This is a story about a real concern for the weaker and non-discrimination of his rights. Let us teach our children to be all of this. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
