It's me, not the story I'm sure. Thankfully the podcast narrator/host said nice summarizing things at the end.

I think it's an excellent study in how the guilt over something can perpetuate the same thing we feel guilty for over and over and over again and without the help of intervention or mental well-being, it's a cycle that is deemed to repeat itself.

Dystopian but there are "robots". There is a system where dying people can choose to have their brains placed in "new bodies". These are the robots. Our MC isn't dying but she is miserable and wants to be a "new body".
