A beautifully illustrated story about monkeys who have adventures and along the way each falls in love and leaves the group. The last monkey tries to still have adventures on his own and soon finds love also. In the end all the monkeys and their families come together to have adventures together.

The story seems to be a spin off of the five little monkeys jumping on the bed. My girls love this story because the monkeys are cute and fun. I enjoy reading this book because of the rhyming and the lesson to be learned.

I would love to use this book in the classroom to teach a lesson on friendship and getting along. It would also be fun to use this book to teach a lesson in subtraction and addition by having the children see how monkeys leave the group and then add more to the group.

This story was about seven monkeys that went to the park. After the park the monkeys made several stops on the way home. When they stopped at the different places one of the monkeys decided to fall in love and leave the group. At the end of the story there was only one monkey and he went to a backery one afternoon and fell in love with someone there. Then, one Sunday afternoon the seven monkeys went with their families to the park. This story teaches children that the best friends you make in school will still be able to hangout when you graduate from school.

This cute little rhyming tale begins on a Sunday with seven monkey friends at the park. They have rollicking adventures each day like magic shows, trips to the beach and candy store and even the circus. Each day, however, a monkey disappears. By the next Sunday, the monkeys return to the park and are reunited with all seven monkey friends. ( )
