I'm not in touch enough anymore with the comics world to know exactly what the deal is with Willow Wilson, but I know she is considered to be a big deal in the comics world at present and for this mostly female X-men squadron, she is fantastic! The character moments really sing; shit's passing the Bechdel test all over the place. (Although, as you may have read recently, so does "Oh my god, Becky, look at her butt.") And then underneath it there is the basic matter of a fun story idea involving Krakoa and a cute ending. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

This was an ok read. It wasn't anything spectacular for the ending of the series. It had some good moments of the team fighting together and also them alone and trying to work through some stuff on their own and in the own struggles of lately. We see some nice Jubilee scenes.
Overall I liked the series and seeing all the X-women fighting together. I loved everything Jubilee and she is going to be a great mother. Overall I was happy with the series. It didn't have wow factor but it was easy and fun read. Not every comics needs to have some wow factor in it. There was no scenes that I hated or just left me baffles as some other comics can do. ( )
