That's a lot farther than I thought I would. It starts out kind of rough and gradually improves until someone (author/editor?) decided that there needed to be more conflict. The conflict added made zero sense. (How can you blackmail someone when that person already admitted that they did something on several occasions? One occasion was even in court?)
