This is a cute rhyming and counting book about crows who are enjoying their day until a cat makes them flee their favorite places. This is a good book for pre-school age students learning to count. ( )

I like the illustration style of the pencil, and also how simple the color scheme is. I felt that it supported the text by not distracting with the illustrations. It's a fun rhyming book as well, which gives it a nice flow when reading. ( )

Crows travel out to find some snacks. First three crows, then six, then nine, and finally twelve crows find tasty things around the neighborhood to eat. However, the discover they are being watched by one hungry cat so they fly off and say good-bye.

Summary: 12 counting crows are flying around to find snacks only to find a someone watching them in the end. Great for counting and teaching rhymes. Most of the things to count are spaced out around the page, making it fun to count.
