I hate the lust at first sight. The first time she sees him - "the flutter of desire low in her belly" But at least they didn't have sex right away. It was believable when they did. I'm sure the huge success of 50 Shades of gray had Nothing to do with the main characters being into bondage. Scoffs. Every time they commented on not understanding why the date of her husband's death matter I wanted to hit them upside the head. Obviously the timing of the deaths would determine who inherited what. But otherwise it was a good story and adventure ( )

The last thing Rowena MacDonald expected to find when she was summoned to meet her husband at the docks was a man, definitely not her husband, wearing her husband's clothes and a barrel. Andrew "Drew" Gilvry has returned to Scotland to deliver Mr MacDonald and the last thing he expects is that he will care for her. WIll she forgive him what he has done.

It's not a bad read, there were times when it seemed to be strained a bit but overall not a bad read. I liked the two main characters and wanted them to succeed. ( )
