However, I found myself becoming slightly agitated with the protagonist throughout each chapter. The story centers on Angie and the gift her Aunt Li mailed her. The gift consisted of six Trouble Dolls that are believed to keep away trouble. As the story progresses, Angie decided to bring her Trouble Dolls to school for sharing day. After sharing the story and showing the class her dolls, her classmates proceeded to corner her and ask to borrow her dolls for their troubles. As she gave the majority of her dolls away, Angie and her classmates began to encounter problems. Eventually, towards the end of the book, she learned that she didn't need any trouble dolls to solve her problems. Overall, I got the impression that several of her classmates were using her for the Trouble Dolls and when their problems weren't solved, they began to blame her for their problems. What I've taken from this book is that we don't need an item to help us solve our problems. ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
