Readable although I got bogged down in places and some areas had too much technical detail. Also some of the examples used were fairly historic.

This book will help Christians who are deciding how involved to get in political issues and whether it is worth it. It helpfully advises on the right attitude for Christians who do get involved or those who are forced to get involved in order to defend their faith.

There are some interesting statistics and stories relating to famous names. I especially enjoyed reading some testimony and detail of some ministry in poor areas in the USA.

There is a chapter about how we should view death and what a great fear it is for the unconverted. There is also a great quote from one of John Piper's books reminding Christians of their responsibility to tell others the saving message before they jump out of the plane without a parachute.

Finally, the authors personal testimony is included at the end. I actually enjoyed reading this the most as his story is pretty unusual and based on a series of unlikely events!

Recommended reading for those who want to be more involved in defending the faith in the public arena and to know how to wisely go about it. ( )
