I enjoyed all of the extra features that this book had to offer, such as the family tree visual and the Geek (Greek) notes. The family tree specifically was a tremendous help throughout reading the story, because the family line in mythology can become very confusing. I enjoyed the details in the illustrations throughout the story. They added depth to the overall story and they were very well done.

I love the art and the different tales of Poseidon in this graphic novel, because Poseidon is not a Greek god that I followed much. I didn't get much in character development for Poseidon to explain why he was the way he was. The book set it up as though there were going to be a big reveal but there wasn't. Still a good read. I can't wait to read the others in the series. ( )

Another great retelling of Greek myths. This book is a departure from other in the series in that Poseidon himself narrates the stories. The art is, as always, stunning. ( )

Series continues to be interesting take on Greek mythology

An exciting graphic novel about Poseidon. Uses neutral colors but has a bold tone and depicts Poseidon greatly and powerfully. The color scheme is mainly blue and showcases that Poseidon was the ruler of the water. There is also a family tree that is interesting to view the Greek Gods by. For 2nd grade and above.
