I liked some of his other books better. This is more a tour guide of some of the places he's visited in the past. It gives places that he's researched and that they may be haunted. The pictures that accompany the stories are nice and the historical background on the houses is nice also. But not really the investigation stories that you may have come to expect from his other books. Good over all. ( )

Most of the dates noted are from the early 1960's. The history of places and buildings is interesting at times but most of the book is actually boring. There is not much haunting to it. ( )
