Great book that talks about friendship, when your friend leaves, and making new friends.

Robert and Peter were best friends but Peter moved away. Robert had a hard time and did not want to make new friends. Will moved to Robert's town but Robert didn't want to be his friend. After getting a letter from Peter, Robert decides to give Will a chance. Will and Robert become friends over frogs. Robert writes Peter another letter about Will.

This book was about a little boy whose best friend moves away. They write back and forth many times. But things about them hae chnged when they visit each other. Even though things have changed they are still best friends.

One day, Peter had to move away from his best friends, Robert. It had been a while since they saw each other. Peter decided to come visit Robert for two weeks. After he got there, they started looking at things they did not remember, but then quickly started having fun, like old times. They talked about a lot of stuff they used to do, and new stuff they have been doing. It was like Peter never moved away. This is a good book for kids who may be moving away. It shows them although they are moving, they can still be friends.

This is a good story for beginning or intermediate readers. The content is easily related to children. Anyone who has had a friend move knows how hard it can be. And all children can relate to making new friends.
