This was a very funny book that I enjoyed a lot. It is a series of poems that are humorous and interesting to children. Especially those children who love sports and outside activities. This poems are focused around sports in fun and comical ways that could really make poetry a huge interest to a sports lover. ( )

This is another collection of poems that have a combination of limericks and other rhyming tones. I like the flow of this book. You can really feel the comedy flow through the words and pictures. I thought after reading the first poem that the ones to follow would revolve around team,work, perseverance and doing your best. Not quite what it turned out to be. Most of the themes were goofy and played more on the mistakes made during the course of games. The author did hit most every sport kids participate in which can capture a well rounded audience.
