Another tract that foregoes the morality tale for some Theological 101, Who Is He? acts as a companion piece to That Old Devil, schooling the reader in the origins and history of Jesus, the "MOST IMPORTANT PERSON you will ever meet." Starting off with a list of his miracles (Healing the sick, casting out demons, raising the dead, etc...), then moving on to how powerful and important he is ("What holds the universe from flying apart? IT'S JESUS!), the tract wraps up with the usual please to accept him into your life before it is too late. After all, "JESUS IS COMING SOON. SOONER THAN YOU THINK!" All proselytizing and no morality play makes this a dull Chick Tract. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

"What holds the universe from flying apart? IT'S JESUS!" "The most glorious palace ever built on earth would be a trash dump compared to the glory and riches he left in heaven." "The night Jesus was arrested, 18 Jewish laws were broken." (Such as having a trial at night. And Pilate wasn't to blame; he only did what the Jewish crowd demanded.) We also learn that the stable where Jesus was born was smelly. Whether this is because of the animals or the failure to have already invented deodorant isn't stated.
This is pretty straightforward in telling the unbeliever all the great things about Jesus, backed up by numerous bible verses, some of which are definitely favorites of Chick, because he uses them over and over. No depiction of the lake of fire here, but the picture of heaven looks something like the WW II memorial in Washington, DC. ( )
