Spanish first yay! This was a sweet read where Gracias was of utmost importance and I think would make for great practice of kindness, and also a fun read ( )

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is a book that is both in Spanish and in English. It is about a boy who is giving thanks to many different things in his day that make it better, such as the sun, his mom, his uncle, the bees, and much more. I think this would eb good in a primary dual language classroom since it is in two languages. This book shows that there are many things to be grateful for and I think that is important to share with children.

diverse picture books (bilingual Spanish/English - gratitude / preschool-kinder and up)
* Prominently features diverse characters: yes, features mainly Latinx-looking people--the MC is a hispanic-looking boy (who happens to have a blond mom).
* great for preschool/kinder storytime: the story is quieter, but the text is sweet and I think older preschoolers/kindergarteners (or older/mixed grades) would appreciate this.
