( ) This book is about a young girl named Elise who has a fairy godmother that is supposed to make things "right." In the book Elise's fairy godmother made a mistake and turned one Elise into eight. Eight Elise's made a mess for everyone in the town so all eight Elise's and her family has to move out of town. In the end everything is right and back to normal. The fairy godmother "tries not to hear things wrong again and everyone lived quietly ever after." This was my first time reading this book and I thought it was cute. My favorite part was when there were 8 Elise’s and only one of everything such as a bed, chair, cat etc. The girls had to find a way to share. At the end of the story I think it makes a point to let the person reading the book that it is only fantasy and there is no such thing as a fairy godmother. Ideas for this book I think would be for the students to decide how the eight Elise’s could get along and share. This would be a good book to read to a rowdy class who may not be listening because at the end of the story one of the points the fairy godmother makes is to "try not to hear things wrong" that way it doesn't cause too many problems. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

Fairy godmothers are supposed to set things right, but Elsie's fairy godmother sometimes sets things wrong. When she changes one Elsie into eight, the results make a mess for everyone, from Elsie's cat right on up to the Mayor. Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
