This is an OK book for junior high science fair projects. What I do like about the book is it breaks down each experient into the "question," "hypothesis," "materials," "procedure," and "results" steps. It also contains a "level of difficulty" and "cost of materials" section to help the reader decide if this will make for a suitable project. The book also lists a few other books and websites where the reader may go to do more research. The only draw back I see about the book is that most of the experiments look a little too easy for the junior high level. I guess if the reader uses some of the "added activies" listed with each experiment, s/he could make a decent project with this book. I would recommend the book to students who are really having a hard time getting started with their science fair projects.
