This is a great book to help children remember how much their parents really love them even if they do something wrong. This will help kids who think their mom or dad is mad at them but remind them their parent won't be mad forever. Ages 3-6 Pierce County Library.

This is a moving story about a fathers love for his son, and how far he would go for his "Tender Heart". The book begins with the child questioning his father with a bunch of "what if" scenarios to see what his father would respond. With each response, the father remains truthful and tender, reassuring this son of the depth of his love for him. This is a great story about fathers that will go far and wide for their children, and how they would even put their own lives in danger to protect their precious babies. ( )
