Four dozen art projects for boys and girls are presented in brightly photo-illustrated spreads--all of them featuring easy-to-follow steps. To get projects going, kids need only standard art equipment such as crayons, magic markers, paints and brush, scissors, and construction paper. They'll also need easy-to-find household items, including tape, bottle caps, glue, drinking straws, discarded plastic containers, and the like. Projects fall under four general categories of 12 each. One dozen use cloth or yarns as their base material, 12 more use plastic, another 12 use modeling clay, and a final dozen use cardboard.
