2.5 - 3 stars, I was entertained? It was funny and sexy but the FMC thought the vampire was gay? For a while? It was supposed to be like a joke I guess between the reader and the book but it was just very cringe. There was some weird sci-fi nano things that repaired the vampires. I don’t know - that seemed cool like the “are you my mummy” Doctor Who episodes.

(I thought I read a book or two in this series so I was so confused about the nano things since I don’t remember them - but I guess I haven’t finished any books from the series?) anyway. This review is a rambling mess ( )

Not my favorite of the series. Lucern and Kate kind of annoyed me. Well, Luc was okay. Kate kind of annoyed me. There were some funny events, though. Breaking into the blood bank was hilarious. The great condom search was funny too. But by the end of the book, I was more than ready for it all to be over. ( )

I'm supposed to be reading my sister-in-law's newest book right now, but I'm not in the right frame of mind for reading suspense. (Sorry, Suse!) I finally decided to scour my bookshelf for a funny, slightly ridiculous romance and landed on this book. I have to say I pretty much got what I wanted.

Cute. I really like this series, even if it isn't the best writing it is entertaining. ( )
