The illustrations are nice, but the rhymes didn't do it for me -- I suspect the problem is the translation and that the rhymes are better in their original languages. ( )

This is a book of collected poems from all around the world. Various cultures, themes, and seasons are covered in these poems. It would be great to incoprorate in your classroom to just pull a poem from every once in a while instead of reading from all at once. ( )

This story is filled with many poems about children all around the world. From a young girl in China to a young boy in the United States. Every poem in this book was different every time you turned the page. And every time that you turned the page each and every child had a different story to say. ( )
