Se trata de una completa guía que parece ignorar a los nuevos usuarios de MAC, no sólo de su nuevo sistema operativo: «Mac OS X Leopard». El editor lo presenta como de nivel básico y medio, pero, sobre todo al principio, se echa en falta alguna indicación precisa sobre dónde encontrar ciertos comandos o menús. Con un poco de paciencia todo se encuentra, pero es irritante para los usuarios que procedemos de Windows. La ventaja es que el manual explica muy bien todas las opciones y aplicaciones que MAC ofrece desde el primer momento.
No quiero decir que para utilizar un MAC haya que pasar por un manual, pero lo que sí pretendo en un ordenador es conocer todas sus opciones para obtener el mejor rendimiento.
Se completa con un breve glosario y un índice alfabético. No puedo decir si es bueno, regular o malo porque no tengo punto de comparación, sin embargo sé que en algún momento volveré a consultarlo.
