Brilliant stories. I especially enjoyed Joker and Penguin's stories. They were amazing. Scarecrow and Poison Ivy were great too. ( )

A villains showcase presented by a Cryptkeeper like Joker in Arkham that begins and ends with great issues for Joker and Two-Face. Some of their best one shots, but the other three were just okay or good with Penguin, Scarecrow, and Ivy (who could have better been replaced by a Freeze I think). ( )

In parts:
The Joker story tried to be deep but just wound up trite with poor art.
The Penguin story got at the root of the character well, if the speed at which he got his revenge snapped my suspension of disbelief a bit.
The Poison Ivy story brought nothing new to the table; if you've read an Ivy story before, you know how this one goes.
The Scarecrow story was the most visually interesting, though the story was only so-so.
The Two Face story's main conceit was the dual ending. Other than that, dull.

2 stars: one for the Penguin and one for the Scarecrow. ( )
