Extremely well put together. A definite MUST read for anyone who is battling PTSD/CPTSD. Or has a friend or family member who is and wants to know more about it and how to help or heal themselves.

Written by a psychiatrist and therapist, but put together in a simple straight forward and easy to comprehend manner.

I loved this book and have it my bible for beating this issue in my life and have referred other friend's who are battling PTSD's as well! ( )
