A boy goes into the bathtub with a toy dinosaur and as he is in the tub, dinosaurs pop up and walk out of the tub. It shows his imagination of seeing all of the dinosaurs. In the end, the area outside of the bathtub has splashes of water which shows us that he was playing with his toy dinosaur and got carried away by his imagination. The opening of the book shows illustrations of the different dinosaurs and their names. ( )

Matt gets into the tub with his toy dinosaur. Suddenly a real dinosaur pokes his head out of the tub. Matt is scared at first, but soon sees that the dinosaurs are not interested in him, but rather in each other. Many more dinosaurs appear, and soon Matt is just a tiny person amidst a heard of dinosaurs surrounded by volcanoes, plants, and mountains. A huge dinosaur splashes Matt's bath water, and his mother comes running with a towel to clean up the mess. The dinosaurs are gone, but Matt is happy with his amazing experience. I love Peter Sis!
