I don't venture too much into sequels into Jane Austen's novels because 1) I was burned by one really, really, really bad one and 2) well, I'm happy with the way all her books ended, so why add on or change things? However, when I got this book as a gift, I figured I'd give it a try. This book looks at Mr. Darcy's younger sister Georgiana and her search for love. As such, the many beloved characters of Pride and Prejudice are mostly relegated to the sideline, if included at all. While this book wasn't as classic as Austen (missing most notably is her wit and irony), it's a quick, enjoyable read. ( )
