The art is still a bit eh at times, and the writing is kind of bland, but it's fun to see a story about Indian cooking versus British cooking, and how that works out. I still love Soma and Agni, and it's Another great volume of Kuroshitsuji, this one neatly wrapping up the Soma / Agni storyline. I like how this volume was about characters - the personal growth of Prince Soma, the exploration of Ciel's servants, and Agni's entire storyline. We also see the beginnings of the next arc, the Circus arc, which I recall as being very good and I think longer than two volumes, which is also good. Next volume should hopefully have more of the story behind the Phantomhive tragedy and Ciel's motivation for revenge, things that were hinted at in the last two books. Also, more Tanaka! I need more of the elderly Japanese butler in this manga. Sebastian, of course, deserves 5 stars. Always. Just for standing there, looking good. As for this storyline, mmm, not so much. Part of the problem is that it has been so long since I read volume 4, I couldn't really remember these characters very well. The curry contest was fun, but it seemed a little too "light". I would have rather had something a bit darker for plot. I found the Indian guests getting a bit tiresome after a while. Nice to get a little bit of background on the inept servants. I've been wondering why they don't just fire them. READ IN ENGLISH If I were to describe this fifth episode in one word it would have to be CURRY. Two words: Curry Bun. It was quite curry-centered this time, and at the end of reading it I had developed quite an appetite for a nice hot curry. Why doesn't this manga comes with your own curry bun? It was once more a very nice read, even though there was a lack of shinigami, unfortunately. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione

For an impeccable gentleman's butler like Sebastian Michaelis, the word "impossible" is just not in his vocabulary. Everything demanded of him under the English sun is well within his grasp. But do his talents extend to things under the scalding Indian sun?! As Harold West-Jeb's plan to use Agni, Prince Soma's superhuman butler, in a curry battle to win himself a Royal Warrant is exposed, Earl Ciel Phantomhive sets Sebastian to the task of creating an incomparable curry to defeat the despicable West-Jeb. But how can Ciel's devil of a butler possibly best Agni, the man with the Right Hand of God?! Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
