"Den hjælpsomme pirat" handler om en fuphistorie om et krus med en skjult skat - Helgenen afslører fupnummeret og befrier en uheldig agent. "Den umådeholdne reformator" handler om en dobbeltmoralsk afholdsmand der får en tur i Helgenens spinmaskine og bliver stemplet som hæler og fulderik.
