I greatly enjoy the writing, and the message is decent enough... but very much a message. ( ) Leo the Lop is a bunny whose ears droop down to the ground, but all the other bunnies in his family have ears that stand straight up. They laugh and make fun of Leo every time he walks by. When he tries making his ears stand up like the others, he meets a possum who tells him that his ears looked normal before. He then tells all the others what the possum said, and then THEY are concerned and try to make their ears go the other way. The same possum tells all of them the same thing, that their ears looked normal before. All of the bunnies, Leo included, come to the conclusion that "normal is whatever you are." A wonderful start to a collection of stories with Leo the Lop as the main character. Children will fall in love with this cute bunny who seems to have so many problems with wanting to fit the crowd or to be someone else while in this first adventure of his he and his fellow bunnies finds the pretty wise lesson of "what is normal?". The collection of cute bunnies along with slightly poetic and simple writing will fascinate kids to the magic of the bunny known as Leo. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
