I worry about this dog's bowel movements. An accordion? A ball? Some money and an ice pop? Pete is a cute little mess who eats everything he can, indiscriminately. I enjoy this story because it includes a cute dog, I think a lot of kids enjoy animals and specially dogs in books. This is a funny book with going in alphabetic order on what Pete eats. I would use this book as a read aloud to the classroom. ( )
