A Cute short little children's book that would be perfect for reading to a Toddler at Christmas time. In typical Goldenbook Fashion, it has colorful pictures. The reason I say it should be read by an adult is because the print is rather small.

It's a story of two mice that go all through the house looking at all the things Santa brought for everyone but wondering if they would get their present. Let's just say that the book has a very happy ending for the two little mice. (

A sweet, simple boardbook that shows two little mice looking through all the presents Santa has left until they find a nice big hunk of cheese. When looking through it with a child, the adult can make it a "seek and find" style game, asking the child to point out the two mice in each illustration. Sometimes they're somewhat hidden, so it's a good little game. The Richard Scarry illustrations are what make this one rise above the crop of just average boardbooks. (
