This is one of my favorite movies. One of the best road trip movies ever. Delightfully quirky and started my love for Hugo Weaving.

How, how, how?!!! can a narrative about the making of said movie be so dull?

Consider this an insomnia remedy. Mr. Clark's prose is dry and stilted and plodding. We are talking about drag queens here and it still manages to be boring.

Skip this book and savor the fabulous movie itself. (
