Let's Talk helps intermediate learners of English develop oral communication skills as they engage in listening and speaking activities on a variety of relevant topics, such as cultural differences, childhood memories, humorous stories, crime and punishment, and modern technology. Interaction comes naturally as students complete clear-cut tasks in pair and groups. Vocabulary development activities and lists of helpful structures and expressions facilitate student performance. Activities are accompanied by four-color photographs, illustrations, charts, and short excerpts from magazines and newspapers.
