f you are a Sherlock Holmes fan, you will enjoy this audio rendition of these stories from the Casebook of Sherlock Holmes. Either you are a fan of Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, or you aren't, or you haven't tried them. If you haven't you couldn't get a better introduction than savoring this audio production done by Naxos audio and narrator par excellance David Timson. Timson is a Holmes affecionado--he had recored all the Holmes stories--and his love for them and his excellent talent combine to make this a superb recording. Holmes and Watson and their 19th century London setting come alive through his vocal performance. So for an immensely enjoyable few hours of listening, put yourself in a place where you can savor these words as they flow over you and give this set a listen. ( )
