Gorgeous, authentic recipes including the Greek names of the dishes (in Roman script). Many of them are too rich by today's standards; just cut the fat and sweetener in about half. ( )

One look at this book and you can see how good it is - pages are falling out and it has food stains on it! It has been much used.
