Basic Fondant, pg 70: I've used this couple of times to make mint centers to dip in chocolate. (Pg 76)
Mint Meltaways, pg 81 Last year they were grainy, but this year they came out perfect!
Caramels, pg 88: I have used this recipe every year for 10 years to make caramel for caramel pecan clusters aka turtles (pg 96)
Peanut Brittle, pg 148: I have made this recipe a few years and it has never gone wrong.
Dipped Peanut Butter Crackers, pg 186: My grandma used to make these, it doesn't even need a recipe it is so simple! And so good.
Tiger Butter, pg 204, this is a very simple recipe, and one of my family's favorites. White chocolate with peanut butter, swirled with semi-sweet chocolate.
Milk Chocolate Truffles, pg 236 This recipe makes something that seems difficult very easy. Very smooth center
Coffee Truffles, pg 24: This year these turned out a little grainy, but last year they were smooth. ( )
