Angels have been with us in every time and culture, and in many religious traditions. The book is in two parts; the first is mainly a brief history of the concept of angels in and outside world religions, the second a practical instruction manual for obtaining the help of angels in everyday life. Without working through the second part, which I have not, it is hardly possible to comment on its usefulness, but looked at "from the outside" as one might a car maintenance manual it seems to be well and practically laid out. There is no index but there is a bibliography.
