Captain Alan Lewrie returns for his tenth roaring adventure on the high seas. He does and did take care of his family financially. He also finds out about his his “greek:” son. He winds his way to the Carribian and Santa Domingo... to escape his troubles... the story has historical presence as well as the usual humor and pathos. ( )
