On Christian Truth by Harry Blamires
Servant Books, Ann Arbor, Mich., 1983; hardcover, 140 pp.

What Christians believe and what Christianity teaches is not always the same thing.
Why Christians believe what they believe is an important thing to consider, and in On Christian Truth author Harry Blamires has given us a useful and engaging compendium of what Christians should believe.
If Atheists would read it, they might become Christians. If Christians would read it, they would be better apologists, and wiser followers of Christ.
Christianity is reasonable and rational. It alone offers a complete worldview that answers “Who is God? Who am I in relation to God? How am I to view my world?” and other useful things.
Blamires explains Christianity in a readable and thoughtful manner without sarcasm or abrasiveness. I learned much from him by reading On Christian Truth, as will anyone who approaches this book with receptivity. ( )
