This one has the pair getting involved in the discovery of a drug ring in Tom's school. This I'd after the death of one of the students. ( ) After a few pages, you too, will be wondering Why Becky Twitchell isn't dead!! (Twitch rhymes with two words that certainly apply to her along with being a twit!) Really enjoying this series and wish I had discovered it sooner. Tom and Scott have been partners (or lovers in 80's lingo) for 9 years. Tom is a high school teacher and Scott is a famous Chicago ball player. Realizing this is a series, I'm a bit concerned about how many murders are taking place at this high school! But in Buffy's world not too many parents seemed to question all the deaths on the hell mouth, so I've chosen to go along with the suspension of disbelief here as well. And there's a homicide officer that is too willing to let Tom do his snooping. Maybe that's an 80's thing too. Scott tags along with all of Tom's investigations and make genuinely humorous quips. Love how they work together. It's just darn well written and you will fall easily for Tom and Scott. Secondary to the mystery, is Scott's journey of coming out to his family,to his team, and to the public. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
