The boys never cared for this book but my little girl loves it. The wordplay is okay, but the segmented, bug-type legs on the cats give me the creeps. ( )

Cute illustrations and a cute concept. But, although I really loved the first few pages of this, it seemed to fall flat over the course of the rest of the pages. The alliteration and wordplay just didn't flow as well in the latter portion of the book. ( )

Our son loves this book! He loves the alliteration in the story, and I love the pictures - bright colors that seem freshly painted on the page. At first, I didn't really understand why the bees were "buzzers" and the cats were "moggies," but now I find myself sing-songing my way through the book. ( )
