I got a couple of interesting ideas from this book about how to improve the way we do things at my workplace, but it was a slog. The balance of the 'why' and the 'how' was too skewed towards the latter and the author didn't address any of the questions that I think would naturally occur to someone not currently implementing such rigorous systems. For example, if I'm not the boss, how can I inspire my organisation to think about these things? Where is the line between asking your team to spend a lot of time on process admin instead of real work? How do you deal with the many types of people who are repelled by having to tick boxes on computers, etc. ( ) nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
