This was a cute book for Passover. The dog was the obvious culprit, but I don’t think surprise was the point of the book.

A treasure for Passover!

This is a delightful children's book's about a boy and his family celebrating Passover and then his solving the mystery of the missing Afikomen. Some things I liked about the story is that the people were cheerful and pleasant. It was told in a way that made you almost feel you were there at the meal. The parts of the Seder were told in a super basic way that all could understand. There are wonderful illustrations. There were no hateful people in the story. It had a satisfactory ending and left me with a warm and happy feeling. I definitely would recommend it. ( )
