I'm only giving it four instead of five because I read like 40% into it and then stopped. I didn't want to read it again for a little while because I knew what was coming and I knew it was going to be really good and really sad as well. I did finally finish it and it was indeed really good but also really sad. I also kind of hated how it happened in the end... I feel like it happened, and then the boom was over. Which, is very reminiscent of actual life, but like damn it was so fast. I appreciated getting more insight into Joaquin Rosa's perspective on creating (?) Death Cast, and I can see why Silvera might choose to hold back details about what allows the system to predict deaths. This book will not be for everyone, especially those against insta-love//love at first sight, but it is a read that fans of They Both Die at the End will feel comforted by. nessuna recensione | aggiungi una recensione
