This was a quick and easy read that I couldn't put down once I started it. It was a well-written and interesting book, but I personally felt as if the relationship moved a bit too fast. However, I'm a bit picky with the love-at-first-sight trope, so I may be biased on that aspect.

Despite the romance feeling rushed, there was no denying that the chemistry between Caspian and Beth did exist. I feel like if they had taken time to get serious, I would have loved this book a lot more than I did.

Most of the characters were likable and relatable. I loved Beth's sister and her husband. I loved their relationship, and they reminded me a lot of myself and my boyfriend. I did like almost all of the characters other than Beth's mom; I found her a bit annoying at times.

I absolutely loved the fact that Beth turned her life around when she was feeling miserable and found the love of her life, a job she loved, and a hobby she enjoyed. I think it's a great message for young girls or even teenagers or adults, though it may be a better message if it there was a little more focus on her career and hobby.

Overall, I think this was a sweet book that most romance readers would enjoy. If you love instant romance between characters, you'll most likely love this book; if you don't you still might like it as it wasn't completely overwhelming and there were other aspects to the story. It was well-written and held my attention from the second it started.
