I've liked all this little series and it doesn't have to be read in order. Each book is written by a different author, and all feature a "Little" who has to write a letter to Santa asking him to bring a "Daddy" for Christmas. The Daddy's read the letters on the Club's website and if interested in meeting the "Little" asks the question "Have you been naughty or nice". The response plays a big part in if the Daddy and the Little will correspond anymore or even if they will meet. Of course, the books feature those that do respond the way that each were hoping for. The books can best be described as "Cute and fluffy". Sanders and Briggs were absolutely perfect together. The first half of the book may not be for all reader as it has a lot of sadness because of what Sanders was going through with his mother, and his experiences of low self-esteem. In spite of that, the story isn't high angst by any means, it just has a lot of hurt/comfort, but in a really good way. I am a sucker for a shy boy and a gentle Daddy, and these two were diffidently it. Overall...it's the story of two men taking a chance and making a connection just in time for Christmas. It does play with kink but also with exploring what makes a relationship satisfying. As I said before...there is no real conflict just lots of love. ( )
