This book was fun and interesting read. I really enjoy this author’s other books so when I went in, I knew it would still have the same steam and romance, but different from her other books. This book has multiple points of views and follows several different people. The beginning begins with Zelda and her sister Ava who are con artists and they get caught by someone who threatens to hurt them if they don’t help him take down the prince. It kept me on the edge of my seat throughout with different twists and turns sometimes frustrating me because I was dying to know more. I loved each character as they all brought something unique to the story. It does end on a cliffhanger, but I will definitely be reading more to see what happens next.

The Prince & The Player by Tia Louise was another sexy story full of angst and drama.

I think a big part of why I didn't enjoy this book was the fact that I've been reading too much romance lately - so take that into consideration when reading my opinion. Was this book great? Absolutely! Am I a bit burnt out on romance books? A little.

This book follows Zelda and her little sister Ava. Zee gets involved with a Prince and gets blackmailed. Zelda has to deal with the Prince, her sister and some crazy drama that gets thrown her way from some of the other characters in this story.

I really liked the royal aspect of this story - it's not the typical royal story line that I've been seeing in romance lately. There's a lot of mystery and drama that's mixed in to this book that makes it feel soap opera-like. The scandalous nature of this story also gave it a little extra 'umph' that kept me hooked and reading to the very end.

This is definitely a series to keep your eyes on! Tia Louise is a fantastic writer than brings the sexy heat and ignites the flames on her pages.

This was different than mosttt books by having to different love stories happening at the same time. It got confusing at times. Although, the way the book ended I think this will just continue with Cal and Zee since Rowan and Ava are at home after the ending events of the story. ( )

That's what you get with this fast moving storyline from Tia Louise's new series: Dirty Players. And oh boy, are these Cinderellas meant to play dirty. Ms Louise keeps you on your toes. Which sister should get the prince? Or should they just follow through with plan no one the wiser but richer for it? Things just don't seem as simple as they could or should be. Rowan and Ava are sweet, loving and loyal - in other words perfect for one another. However, it's secondary characters for this installment, Zelda and Cal, who steal the show in my book. And Tia doesn't disappoint as those last few pages lead you to.....can't spoil it for you, now can I?

I've marked it on my 'cliffhanger' shelf. So is it a bad one? Actually, no. If you wanted to stop right here, you get a complete storyline involving Ava and Rowan that could leave you satisfied. But as I said earlier, it's Zelda and Cal who are the interesting characters for me so yes, if you are like me, you'll be eagerly waiting.

If you are familiar with Ms Louise's novels, this story will not disappoint. It has fast spaced plotline that doesn't feel like it's dragging, interesting secondary characters and always very HOT scenes. If you aren't familiar, this book is a great series to start with. It's quick, fun and steamy.

I am an avid reader and discovering new authors is what I love to do. So when The Prince and The Player was brought to my attention, I was skittish but anticipation ultimately won out. Taylor Swift summed up Zee and Cal with her song " I Knew You Were Trouble". The signs were all there. Zee is in over her head trying to stay in control, when her heart, life and family are on the line. Tia Louise and her thrilling story of danger, love and adventure is over the top but addictive all the same. ( )
