HTML: Xenophon was a Greek soldier who played a key role in several military skirmishes and attacks throughout his life. Later in his life, he began to write down his recollections of these battles and other key political and cultural events, thus becoming one of ancient Greece's most important historians. Hellenica offers Xenophon's first-hand account of many events in the Peloponnesian War. It is the only surviving account of the final years of the war and the period immediately following the war's conclusion. .Non sono state trovate descrizioni di biblioteche |
