This was my second time reading the 2nd Edition. It's packed with lots of useful tips, techniques, and even mistakes to avoid. A go-to resource for any container gardener, but especially newbies. ( )

This one will get donated to the local library as soon as the full version arrives. I accidentally ordered the Portable Version by mistake. Highly recommend you skip this and just dig right into Container Gardening for Dummies. ( )

I bought this book for the sole intention of growing herbs in containers. I buy too much basil for my own comfort.

This book made growing things seem easier than it really is, or in my case at least. I come from a fine old Southern family of plant killers. Good intentions every spring always went awry as our brown thumbs did what evil they could. It's very sad. It really is.

This book contains information on the different containers that can be used to hold plants and many great ideas that can make your container garden decor top-notch. It goes into great detail about the pros and cons of materials (terra cotta, cement, plastic) planter pots are made of. It's a pretty nifty sort of book to have if you're ignorant about planting things, such as myself. ( )
